What took so long?
When you come into the B, you’ll notice that no detail was left out! We fully gut renovated (there weren’t even lights when we took the space!) the top and bottom floors, from ceilings to floors to opening old staircases to changing the front glass window and door. We are waiting for our roaster, working on our staffing, and overall feel - it took time for sure! But we are so happy with what we put in and how people enjoy it now!
Do you just have coffee?
Not at all! While we love our coffee, we also have many other options! We have wonderful organic tea options from Silk Road Teas (iced and hot options), many other drink options at our drink bar, like chai and matcha lattes, and a large drink refrigerator to peruse. We have a menu of sandwiches for breakfast or lunch, soups, salads, baked goods galore, and grab-and-go options!
Do you roast your own coffee?
Yes, we do! We are lucky enough to have a Bellwether electric roaster (one you can see on-premise) that provides exact roasting, no burning, and the lowest carbon footprint process possible! We purchase the beans directly from the farmers, and through Bellwether's integrated technology, we get unlimited combinations of flavor notes from the beans!

Do you have WiFi and seating?
We do - strong WiFi, plenty of places to chat, work, and relax with seating outside, 2 tables on our main floor and 1,000 square feet of seating downstairs, couches and tables of all sizes, and our little fireplace.
Anything else we should know?
Yes! We are constantly evolving and will add evening events and late hours and stay open late on Chirp concert nights as well! We plan to offer bagel dozens to go and whole cakes (both of which we do now, but will make it easier to pay ahead of time and pick up from our back door more easily!). We have lots planned and always want to hear your input too, so always feel free to reach out!
